Sir James Craig (Ulster) has reached London. He confers with the Premier, who will inform him and also the Cabinet of the discussions and proposals he lias interchanged with De Valera.
DE VALERA’S WISHES
LONDON, -July Li Apparently Mr De Valera wishes Mr* Lloyd George and himself to come to some definite agreement, and Mr Lloyd George to then settle with Ulster. Mr De Valera has made it plain that he must submit any suggested scheme for ratification to the Dr.'.! Eireann.
Mr De Valera, however, has intimated that lie is prepared to give Ulster at least the same powers as it would enjoy under the Home Rule Act.
It is reported that the crux of Mr de Valera’s compromise is a demand for an Irish constitution on the Canadian lines. By this constitution ' Ulster would have all the. governing power it wants. These powers would be derived from the Central Irish Government.
ULSTER MINISTERS. LONDON, July 16 Following on receipt of communication from Sir Jas Craig (Premier) several members of the Ulster Cabinet have left /Belfast- for London to attend the Irish Conference.

GUILTY OF TREASON. LONDON, July 16
Three Sinn Feiners at Manchester have been found guilty of treason and felony. Tliev have-been sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment. One more was sentenced to 10 years, four to seven years, five to live years, and one to three. Two others were acquitted.
