A «imilar note is believed to have been sent to the British Minister at Pekin. The Note alleges the Japanese support _of antiBolshevik forces caused the country to be plunged into an anarchial condition and that Allied interference in Siberia responsible for the presence of Japanese forces. i GERMANS AFTEB LOANS.
(Received This Day at 8 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 14. , The New York “Times” financial expert states -German agents are negotiating with four groups of American bankers for short time credits totalling fifty nine million dollars to purchase grain and products. London bankers will also float ten million dollars credit for German interests One group of banke'rs! has already completed arrangements for nine million credit.
