Tlie Highland dancing events are always attractive, and there will lie com- : petitors from all parts of the Const. The various sections include pipe music; best dressed highlander; Highland fling, Sean Triubliais, sword dance, Irish jig, sailors hornpipe, strathspeys and reels, each having two or more classes. The athletic events include 120,220 yds. flat races, half mil e walk, vaulting, long jump, wrestling and Viany other items. 'lhe various events set down on the fine programme totalling 48. Entries for all events close with the Secretary, Mr Alan E. Wogan on Monday next, December' 27tli. On, New Year’s night at the Princess Theatre the annual popular Scotch concert will be given. Again a great programme of Scotch melodies will be arranged and popular prices should assure an over-flowing attendance.
