It was also decided to play Africa under the old, or any rules sanctioned by England. A htch has arisen respecting the appointment of Mr James to the judiciary as the Supreme Ppnrj; Bench a|ressy contains the full complement, but Justice' Sligo who is on twelve months leave of absence, retires in December.
