THE POSTPONED VISIT. DELHI, August 18. 'Hie decision to postpone the Prince’s visit to India was expected. The agitator Gandhi has been openly advocating a boycott of his visit as part of the Khalifat agitation. Without interfering so far Government is closely watching his campaign. Loyalists in India profoundly regret the postponement, but hope to welcome the Prince a year later. THE PRINCE LEAVES. SYDNEY, August 19. The Prince of Wales departed for Samoa aboard the Renown. Crowds lined the shores of Sydney harbour and enthusiastically farcwclled him.
