IN MEMORY OF. PARIS, August 18. Arrangements are progressing for a grand monument to the Ailed dead in Lorette Artois where thousands of Frenchmen, Britishers and Australasians and down their lives. The site is a bill top. A bell tower will overtop the dome in which the shrine of the lantern of the dead will be visible for miles.
