RUSSIAN MISSION . (United .Service Telegrams). (Received This Day at 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, August 4 Klislio, secretary to the Kemeneff Mission, has been ordered to return to Russia. No reasons are given. His English wife is court ihilliner in Mayfair. Klislio was formerly a clerk in Vickers’ Company.

A Russian communique reports the Reds in the direction of Siedlitz, fifty miles east of Warsaw, debouched on a sixty-six milps front along the. line of the river Bug which is Warsaw’s natural line of defence. (5n the north and east of the river they crossed at spveraj places, after fierce fighting. The seriousness of the situation is demonstrated by the fact that French and British' missions have evacuated Warsaw, as well as'Allipd civilians.
