(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON V. TARANAKI. ' HAWERA, July 7. The football match, "Wellington v. Taranaki, was won.to-day bv the former by 20 points to 9. Wellington scored four tries, (one being converted), and two goals from the field. Taranaki got a try which was converted, and potted a goal. COLLEGE MATCH. CHRISTCHURCH, July 7. The annual Christ’s College v. Boys’ High School Rugby match was played on Lancaster Park this afternoon, when nearly ten thousand people were present. The school won after a very fast open game by thirty to nil.
