PARIS June 28.

The “Echo de Paris” says the last Turkish note amounts to a refusal to sign the treaty. The note demands that Turkey be granted a. consultative voice in the control of the Dardanelles and a revision of the Treaty’s financial elapses by a commission of experts.

(Received this day at 12.25 p.rn) CONSTANTINOPLE. June 28. Tho Allies have completed the destruction of the fortifications on both sides of the Dardanelles in accordance with the Treaty.
