LONDON, April 28. j In the House of Lords Lord Lanington alluded to the Albanians fear of invasion by Serbia its or Greeks, and lie asked the Allies to give the assurance that Albanian independence guaranteed in 1913 will not be infringed. Mr Crawford replying, said the Supreme Council would not tolerate any aggression of the nature suggested or allow it to affect the final settlement of the Albanian question. Mr Peel said the death sentences passed during the whole war time numbered in all theatres 3,076 officers and men, but only 343 were carried out. All the latter were confirmed before execution by the Commandcr-in-Chief.
