THE BOLSHEVIK MOVELONDON, Feb. 20.
-A weekly official summary states that a Bolshevik offensive is now proceeding in North Russia. The Soviet forces have carried the forward anti-Bol-shevik lines in the Opega Valley and on the Vologda railway. Their victory is largely owing to the lnutinv of all the Russians in forming an anti-Bolshevik regiment, the ooipmatidpr and most of the officers of the regiment were killed by their own men. Five hundred from their regiments have joined the Soviets. The Pro-Allied North Russian Government has resigned.
SOVIETS DEMQBOLISE ARMY. LONDON, Fpb. 20.
The British official summary reports the demobilsation of Soviet armies. The report says:—“The Bolsheviks have introduced industrial compulsion. They have transferred military armies into labour armies at the cities of Kaaan, Perm, Moscow, and Chernigov. This is explained as being chiefly on account of mutinies.
IMPORTANT BOLSHEVIK CAPTURE.
