NOTICES OF MOTION. 1-—The Chairman to move:—“Thai the accounts for the month of October : 1919, as revised and passed for payment by the Finance oCmmittee, amounting to £558 4s 3d, as per schedule, be approved and confirmed.” 2. —The Chairman to move:—“That the accoupts for the month of November, 1919, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee amounting to £ , he passed for payment.” 3. —The Chairpian to move:—“That all existing Committees be discharged and the following appointed:— (a) —Finance: Crs. Duff ' (Chairman), Chesterman, Murdoch and Bruce. (b) —Public Works: Crs Wells (Chairman) "Ward, Norman, and Ferguson. (c) —Mining: Crs. Grimmond, (Chair- j man); Wells, Murdoch and Duff. j (d) —To sign cheques etc.: The Chairnan, Crs.
