“THE CINDERELLA MAN,”
On Monday Pollard’s- present “The Cinderella Man,” a charming delightful story for young aud old. The strong caste includes dear old George Fawcett as the disgruntled old dyspeptic whose outlook on life was bounded by business and his diet. Laughing Tom Moore as “The Cinderella Man”. A healthy, young man whose mode of living was explained by the fact that he Vivas a poet and poor. Alec B. Francis as the boyhood friend and adviser of the dyspeptic, but unlike him as chalk to cheese. Mae Marsh, the Queen of emotion and eloquent personality in her greatest, most romantic, sentimental and appealing role. One of the most stirring incidents of the play is when the father says “Is all right I’m ruined!”—and the fortune hunter fled, leaving to the Cinderella Man the open path to love and happiness. A full supporting programme will also he screened.
