POLLARD’S PICTURES.
CLARA KIMBALL YOUNG,
TO-NIGHT.
“ The House of Glass,” a big Select picture feature with Clara Kimball Young in the leading role, will be Pollards picture attraction in the Princess Theatre to-night. “ The House of Glass” is a daring and sensational story of a woman with a past who, for fear of losing the maii she loves has to hide that history from him. Only an artist of the supreme ability of Clara Kimball Young could do justice to this story, and has never given a performance lull of such fine shading and appeal as she does as Margaret Case, the unfortunate victim of circumstances, whose past hovers threateningly over the happiness ol her married life. The story is full of dramatic situations, and the interest is intense throughout and the play moves with marvellous rapidity. As usual with Clara Kimball Young this great artist is richly rohed, and the play is splendidly staged.
