•The 'Conference discussed a com■jinercial policy between the Allies and neutral nations, and decided to appoint an Economic Commissioner to .examine the various problems involved, including commercial equality of all •.nations. There will be an examination of customs and national questions, especially to find a way to present disloyal methods of .competition; also to look into questions of pre-war contracts and economic international agreements, which ought to be maintained or abrogated.

Hon. Lloyd George said the blockade would be raised until Germany had signed a peace, making a future ■war impossible.
