(Received 'This Day at 11.20. a.m.) COPENHAGEN, February 23. Munich advices states that the news -of Herr Eistaer’s death spread like •.wildfire through the city. The shops ' nosed and work was stopped everywhere. Motorcars placarded “Revenge tfor Eisner,” and carrying armed workmen were driven through the streets. A mob of soldiers and workmen proceeded to the War Ministry, vainly searching for the Minister Rossliaupter. Meanwhile at the Chamber of Deputies Dr. Jaeger (President), delivered a report of Eisner’s assassination upon which Dfeputy Sullier stepping forward, fired point blank at Aver, Minister of Home Affairs and then shot Oscl of the Centre Party and also Garres, representing the War Minister. A Military officer rushing into the Chamber gallery firing his revolver, the Deputies fled in all directions. Hoffman, Minister of Works and Franendorff, Minister of Communications were wounded. Osel died immediately, and Aver succumbed after .reaching the hospital . A mob outside the War Ministry enthusiastically greeted the news of the murders m the Chamber and filing commenced in various parts of the city.
