A wireless from Weimar states Hen Selieidmann in a speech said Hie Republic would soon be faced with the most, severe upheaval, if not a complete breakdown. Tile action of enemies and compatriots in Ruhr region is a serious menace to the provision of food and the conduct of industries. Disaster is certain unless the madness in Ruhr is determinedly ended.
