[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] NEW HOME RULE MEASURE. LONDON, August 8. The Hon. Mr Short-t, in the House of Commons, said that during the recess with the. Government Commit!., ho would endeavour to get some Home Rule measure t into shape, which would ensure passing the House. The Government intended to secure the Ulster men’s rifles. If without trouble so much the better.
