LONDON, July 9. The Admiralty reports that aircraft between the fourth and seventh July, dropped six tons of bombs on Zeehrugge and docks at Ostend and Bruges. We also bombed four destroyers and four torpedo boats, near Zeebrugge. Sixteen hostile machine attacked one of our formations. We destroyed three, and drove down three. All ofours returned. Seven hostile machines attacked three of our large planes and during a fifty-five minutes engagement two of the enemy’s machines were destroyed,

AIR ATTACKS.

LONDON, July 9.

The Air Ministry reports that, aeroplanes on the Bth, successfully bombed a n enemy aerodrome. Bombs were observed to burst on sheds and hangars. At night time' the enemy’s aerodrome was again attacked with good results. Two hangars were reported to be on fire.- Trains and searchlights were attacked at low altitude. All Machines r„ turned safely.

CONSTANTINOPLE BOMBED

LONDON July 10

A Turkish communique states that five enemy aeroplanes bombed Constantinople on the 7th and 26th, The damage was nil.

THE COBLENZ RAID

LONDON, Julv 9th

Advice from Geneva states Friday’s air raid on Coblcryt caused serious damage to the station and two bridges across the Rhine at Moselle. The majority of the bombs fell on Shoenbrittstein fortress, which is invariably full of recruits.
