ROME, July 9. Telegrams from Vienna state that Austria has refused to accept the German Genoralissrmd on the Italian front. It is understood that General von Buelow instead takes three corps and is specially entrusted, with tho task of driving the Allies from Asiago plateau.

AN AUSTRIAN MESSAGE. LONDON, July 9. A wireless Austrian official message states that the pressure of the enemy forces, advancing across the Vojussa, continues. There has been fighting westward of Berafc, in connection with which the French gained ground on the Upper Devali.

WELLINGTON, This Day. The High Commissioner reports from London on July 9th: An Italian official report states: In Albania we captured the heights between Levani and Potovin monastry and Fieri, and strong positions at Cafaglava and Coiocof Palso. Wc captured tho heights of Cafadeous.
