The “Petit 5 Pa'risien’s” Petrograd cor respondent is of opinion that the murder of Count Mirbach, was the work of agents of the extreme Monarchists, with the obiec.t of forcing the Germans to seize Petrograd and Moscow. Tt mav result in the removal of Gorman divisions from the west to police Russia. _________
