(Received, This Day at 8.50. a.mA BERNE' November 26. In the course of a speech the Minister for the Interior said the unity of all classes was required in the present terrible crisis and perilous times ahead. He gravely warned the people of the possibility of a belligerent violating Swiss territory, owing to some unforeseen event. Whoever did this, would be unhesitatingly combatted, with the full strength of Switzerland's armed forces, even against the manifest superiority and the struggle would ho prosecuted to the last extremiy.
