RAIN AND FLOODS. SYDNEY, Nov. 9th. There is abnormally wet weather for November, with widespread soaking rains after a fortnight of showery weather. Crop and fruit prospects are generally excellent. Two hundred houses have been submerged at Lismore, and much damage to crops, cattle and property. MINING. MELBOURNE, Nov. 9. Mount L.vell Mining Co,, has declared n dividend of two shillings per share for the year ended 13th September, payable on the 19tli December. Nett profits for the year €268,611.
