TRAFALGAR DAY.
CELEBRATION IN LONDON. LONDON, October 21. Trafalgar Day was celebrated in the customary fashion. Wreaths were laid on the Nelson Monument including one front the Navy' League in memory of the French who fell at Trafalgar. The Lord Chancellor (Lord Findlay), speaking at the Aavy League luncheon declared that when we dictate terms of peace the crews of Geriunn submarines, and those i n high places who gave them orders, should l>e treated as pirate*. The dawn was already begin-ning-to appear and we might look forward at no distant date to a. durable peace. ■ The Japanese Ambassador said that Japan had loyally fulfilled her obliga- | tions she was gradually extending ■ her naval aud military operations and to-day was actively engaged in certain portions of tho European operations.
