WESTLAND ACCLIMATISATION SOCIETY.

'l’lie monthly meeting of the Society was held at the County Chambers last evening, Mr. D. J. Evan's,' Vice-presi-dent, occupying the chair. Correspondence was read from the Government thanking the Society for the valuable assistance given Mr. Ayson in the hatching and distribution of the fry from Kokatahi hatchery. The meeting then concluded.
