A simple design is wanted, ineluding the inscription: “Died for freedom and honour.’.’ A FARMERS’ REMIT. WELLINGTON, This Day. A Farmers’ Union remit that no more agricultural and pastoral labour should be militarily conscripted, was rejected by 20 to 8.
