POLLARD’S PICTURES. CONSTANCE TAI-.AI A D GSE-. On Monday evening two charming star artists in Billie Burke and Constance Talmadgo will be featured in flic all-new programme to b<? screened by Pollard’s Pictures in the Princess Theatre. Constance Talmadge, who is now playing lead in the great picture“lntolerance,”' made her diebut ns a star artist in “The Microscopic Mystery. ” the five act Triangle drama of comedy and tragedy that is featured in Monday’s splendid display. The play takes its title from tho fact that the microscope plays a big part in t-h e lifting of the charge of murder from an innocent girl, and placing it on the guilty person- The moving 'pictures showing the wonderful bacilli culture and the “close up” photograph of minute sects form a fascinating scientific lesson. “The Gathering Storm,” the fifth chapter of “Gloria’s Romance” shows the dark clouds gathering around and darker problems threatening the future of “Glouia.” (Billie Burke,)
