" Bluebeard ” - There wks another capital attendance at the Ptioceee Theatre last evening when the Royal Pantomime Oompany presented “ Bluebeard a spectacu'ar novelty pantomime of a very enjoyable nature. The fun was fast and furious, many comical fit nations being presented, while the chorus work and dancing with solos and duets made up a very e; joyable entertainment, the various principals meeting with w.>nn receptions and flittering encores, the applause being ve»y fueiy given. The orchestra was also a decidedly pleasing feature of the evening, the production as a whole giving every satisfaction to the audience.
To-night, End of Season Grand Vaudeville Programme
The Company conclude their season in Hokitika to-night when they will present a grand vaudeville entertainment, at popul ir prices of 3/, 2/ aud ]/. The Company is particularly adapted for this programme, having a number of special artists in its ranks and patrons can be assured that the distinct success achieve! on the two previous evenings will be further enhanced by the special features to be given torm’ght. The first part will consist of the old-time style of the performers all seated on the with the usual programme of scenaa, ballads and smart sayings. A big specialty second half concludes with the laughable farce “ Actors Wanted. ’ As previously stated popular prices will be charged to-night.
