BRIDGE AFTERNOON.
Mrs. Walter Lees was recently hostess at a delightful bridge afternoon, her guests being the active meanlbers of the Waimarie Glut. Mrs Lees received her guests in a frock of black beaded georgeitte. Several competitions were held, the. winners being:—Bagatelle, Mrs. Johnson; ; a Writing'-'Oompe-tition, Mrs. Kelly; Bridge, Mrs Taylor'
A delightful afternoon tea was another feature of the afternoon/the proceeds of which go to the dub.
