The' Committee reported as follows:—

Sunny Avon .Estate.—-Mr. C. J&. Barrett applied on .behalf of the owners to ha-ve the new street in. the above subdivision called '■' Avon Street.'' Your committee has to fecommend that Council agrees to the request.—Granted.

Applications to Install Machinery.— An application from ,W. E. Jones and Co.,_for permission to install a combination circular saw and planer on Lots "9 f IQ, 11, and 12, Birch Street was bef6re
