The Board will notice that the new consumers added this month and the appliances installed is a record for the works.

The new holder has been completed, inflated with air and tested and taken over on the 24th July. The holder is a first class job, and I would like the Board to express its appreciation to the erecter, Mr Leaver.

The whole of the carburetted gas plant with the exception of the blowers has been received and the erection is proceeding as rapidly as possible. The station governor is being connected to the outlet of the new holder and the inlet connections being made, and it is hoped to put the holder in commission by about the middle of August.
