I PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.! FIXED FOR .NOT ATTENDING PARADES. Wanganui, Tliis Day. Two lads were fined £5 each for not attending parades, by Mr J. G. Hewitt, S.iM.j this morning. FATALITY ON (RAILWAY. Christchurch, This Day. James Daniel, aged 40 years, a miner, resident at Kaitangata hut who had been living in Lyttelton for the past few weeks, was hit by a truck of timber on a railway crossing this morning. His head got under the wheels, and he was shockingly mangled, and killed instantly.
