[By our Kesident Representative.]

A quiet and pretty wedding took place in the Ven Bode s Church at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday when Miss Violet Priscilla McSweeney, of Moutoa, was united in marriage with Mr Hugh Charles Easton, oi Buckley. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Charles Palmer, who gave an appropriate address. Miss Gladys McSweeney acted as bridesmam and Mr E.* C. R. Spring as best man. The bride was attired in white silk and wore the customary veil and wreath of orange blossoms. She was given away by her father, Mr H. McSweeney.
