Messrs Abraham and "Williams, Ltd., report at Wa.ikaoiao on Tuesday: A medium entry of sheen and cattle met with a very keen demand, every lot selling readily at prices well in advance of recent quotations. Wo quote:— Sheep.—Two fliul 4-tceth wothers, 13s to 13s 7d; forward 2 and i-toot'h wethers, 13s lid to Us Id. Cattle. —Ka-t cows, £5 10s; store cows, £1 17s Gd to £3 Is; yearlings,' £2 12s lid: weaners, 275; heritors in call', .03 12s Gd; springing cows, £5 10s to £7 7s; Jersey bull, £3 15s.

The slice]) consisted principally of h'oggets, which showed a marked rise on late prices. SheepGood hoggets realised 10s lOd, small to 8s lid. cull owes in iamh (is Gd. t'attlo Cows and calves £-.l 17s Gd.
