During a Charity Congress Madanie Zaszlavska, a Russian delegate, drew' a dagger, and rushed at the chairman. On being foiled, she Wounded a neighbour, exclaiming: "He prevented me from speaking." Madame Zaszlavska was then overpowered.
iShe was found to lie mentally deranged, and was sent to a hospital. She had formerly attempted the lives of M. Cnsimir-Perier. a former French President, and ITerr Nunsterberg, the Burgomaster of Berlin.
