PTOMAINE POISONING.

Thirteen \nscs of ptomaine poisoning occurred at Castle Uromwich, and arc attributed to ico" cream. One patient is dead. Forty cases have occurred at St. Helens (in Lancashire) and are alleged to be caused by corned beef. There are twonfcy additional ptomainc poisoning cases at Wrexham (in Wales), one being fatal. A SURREY^PIDEMTC. (Received This Day, 8.35 cm.) IiOXDOX, August 1-1, Eight of the- persons poisoned at Kiiigstoii-on-Tlianies are seriously ill. Their illness is attributed to fish fried in bad oil.
