VICTORIA.

ANOTHER FATAL MINING ACCIDENT. - Clunes, 31st July. Two men, named respectively John Clynes and Bichard Combe, miners, were killed, to-day whilst at work in one of the drives in the Ballast and Clunes Alluvial Company’s „ claim, through- the falling in of earth upon them. They were quite dead before they could be reached by their comrades, who worked hard to save them. An inqust will be held upon their remains to-morrow.
