Sydney, 3rd August. It is probable that the Government will bring in a Bill to repeal the one passed a couple of years ago, imposing a postage duty upon newspapers here.
The Journal of Commerce to-day says, that there has been a better feeling among, business circles this week, but that transactions are still limited. In wool there was a further fall in the prices realised. There was a considerable quantity sold'. Full woolled skins brought from 6|d to 7£d per ife.
