AUCKLAND LITTLE THEATRE
The announcement that the Auckland Little Theatre Society is to present as its 30th offering the delightful comedy by A. A. Milne, “Mr Pirn Passes By,” is being welcomed in Auckland. Recalling happy memories of the late Mr Dion Boucicault at his best, ‘‘ Mr Pim ’ ’ will offer some fine acting opportunities to the following well-known players:— Misses Althea Parker (Olivia), Dulcie Dunningham (Dinah), Edna Craig (Lady Marden), Ngaia Hughes (Anne), and Messrs Dan Flood (Mr Pim), Graham Brown-Douglas (George Marden) and Terence Morgan (Brian). Mr Frederic McCallum, the society’s producer, is directing the play, which will commence a season in the Concert Chamber on June 15.
