Glass cloths, note paper, a coat hanger, vase, jug, and many ether little pink-hued gifts were opened by Miss Triggs, who was very pleased with the dainty trifles for her house. Mrs Ballantyne was wearing a smart printed crepe-de-chine dress of black, with rods and pinks softly woven into the material; her daughter. Mrs Royston Campbell wore a dainty beige frock, with two-tone hem and collar of fuschia and green, and a cloche hat of crochet straw.
Miss Jean Ballantyne was in a pretty mauve and green voile, with floral effect of white and yellow daisies.
