THE VISITING AUSTRALIANS. ARRANGEMENTS FOR TOUR. Wellington, Dec. 5. The council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association met tonight. The New South Wales and Victorian Associations advised that no athletes from New South Wales would be available for the proposed tour of New Zealand after the Australian championships. A cable from the Queensland Association stated that Kiskinin (decathlon), Wall (sprinter). Day (broad jump) and Watson (high jump) would be available for the tour of the Dominion. It was decided that the centres and the council bear an equal proportion of the transport costs, and the centres pay the accommodation and petty expenses in connection with the visit to their particular districts; the council to take 10 per cent, of the net profits of each meeting, the centres to take the remainder of the profits of their respective gatherings. CHAMPION RETIRES FOR A TIME. Dunedin, Dec. 3. G. S.
