The New York Boxing Commission has placed Jack Sharkey under technical suspension owing to his failure to fulfill his engagement to fight Tom Heeney, the New Zealander, to-night. It ordered that he cannot fight anyone else until he fulfils the arrangement to m e et Heeney. The date is provisionally set for January 14. DOUBLE STAR BILL.
