THE THAMES.
The mining news from this district continues of a highly encouraging character. 5,000 ounces of gold were brought up to Auckland on Saturday last. A most melancholy accident is reported, by which a man named Thos. Nutterville was killed, and two others Joseph Bradney and Samuel Pierce, were seriously injured.
