Bit the S.S. Rangatira which arrived in the Bay last evening, we have our files of Auckland journals to the 13th inst. but in consequence of our desire to place our readers in possession of as full a report as possible of the proceedings in the Provincial Council, we are compelled to postpone our notice of their contents, as also our leading /article and other matter already in type.
