Proclamation. By Donald WLean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay , in the Islands of New Zealand. I DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the 5 - Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will tube place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on Friday, the 4th day of November, 1864, at Noon precisely, when the allotments of Land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and which have been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public Auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1853, and the additional Regulations for the Amendment and extension of the said Regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of "Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor. Dated this thirtieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand, eight hundred and sixty-four. DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent.
