Wins for South Australia and Victoria

ADELAIDE, Dec. 29. In the Sheffield Shield match against South Australia Queensland in theii second innings made 426 (Rogers 181)Ward took 4 for 152, Waite 2 for 41 and Grinunett 2 for 107. South Australia in their second innings lost two for 93 (Bradman not out 39, Badcock 45). South Australia won by eight wielcets. At Melbourne in the Sheffield Shield match against Victoria, New South Wales in their second innings scored 360 (Barnes 97, Fingleton 150, Chipperfleld 22). Fleetwood-Smiih took 2 for 94 and Gregory 3 for 62. Victoria in their second cifort lost one for 47. Victoria won on the first innings hy 231 runs.
