AUQKLAND, This Day. As a Tesult of her delayed departure, the Samoan Olipper is expected to carry over 18,000 letters when she leavefc early to-morx*ow morning. There were 15,000 in hand last night, and the total wai swelled to-day by the addition of fuw ther mail from various parts of tho province and the south.
