WELLINGTON, Last Nighf. Following the recess of the Supreme Court over Christmas and New Year, the next sittings of the Court of Appeal will begin at Wellington on March 14, The Supreme Court circuit for February and March is as follows: — Hamilton, Pebruary 1, Mr Justice Reed. Wanganui, Pebruary 14, Mr Justice Reed. -* Napier, February 14, Mr Justice Blair. Gisborne, Pebruary 22, Mr Justice BUdr. New Plymouth, Pebruary 21, the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, or Mr Justi'ce Ostler. Ifr Justice Ostler will be engaged from Mafch 5 to March 23 on the Prisons Board.
