Ormondville Meeting
I The monthly meeting of the OrmondI ville Women 's Institute was held in I the supper xoom of the Beace MemoI rial Hall. Mrs. H. R. Benbow presided I over a good attendance. I Members responded well to the roll I eall, "Sixpenny parcel for bran tub." I The No. 1 competition, "plate of I kisses," judged by Mesdames uuwes I and Onslow Baines, was won by Mrs. I E. Cload, Mrs. W. A. Trask gaining I second place. In the No. 2 competition, I "Toy made from old silk (stockings," I judged by Mesdames Freeman and I Logan, Mrs. W. A. Trask was successI Eul in gaining first place# Mrs. E. I Cload being second. I Members are requefcted to send in I their nominations for president and the I committee in time f°r the February ■ meeting. I Afternoon tea was dispensed by the I members. After a soeial half-hour the I nieeting terminated with the singing of I the National Anthem.
