A- further instance of vandalism was reported as regards the Muuicipal Theatre, where for tbe second time witbin a few montlis a portion of the metal piping in tbe public conveniences had been wantonly wrenched from the wall and tben cast aside. Amazement was expressed by borougb officials at tbe total lack of reason or sense of sucb an action, wbicb obviously had been committed by someone older than a boy.
